All Shipments will be fully insured at a cost to the customer, unless customer signs insurance waiver form.
We ship an order through UPS & Fedex &/or ANY other Courier/service deemed fit. We may email you (at Billing & Shipping email addresses) the tracking number which is also our proof of shipping. For your protection, Allshipments may require a signature upon delivery, Unless Customer signs a Signature Waiver Option.
You may be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for ANY reason. If this is to happen, we will give you the best possible solutions such as voiding the order, replacing it with a similar substitutable item. In such a case & for ANY reason, if the order is cancelled, then the amount authorized will NOT be charged or will be refundable.
For your protection, orders over $500.00 may ship to the billing address only, unless & until we receive an email from you (besides the payment) authorizing us to ship at the shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please allow up to 3 to 8 weeks for customized orders (if ANY) to be shipped.
Please note that orders received after 12:00 Noon CST will be processed the following business day or within three business days or ASAP. When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed.
All international sales and deliveries are subject to extra shipping & handling charges, Insurance, custom duties and taxes etc. which are the responsibility of the customer.
In some cases, it may happen that due to reasons beyond the control it may NOT be possible for us to deliver international orders due to restrictions on certain items in some countries. We apologizes in advance for any such shipping restrictions created or observed in the future.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the order or the products shipped are defective or not the ones you ordered, you may return the items for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. However the cost of shipping will not be refunded. You must email or call us prior to returning of any item(s) for refund or exchange with the order number. Items returned must be in their original packing and condition. Cost of delivering the returned items will be responsibility of the cutsomer. If you refuse to accept the merchandise which has been shipped, you will be liable for shipping and handling charegs. If you are returning an item because a mistake on our part, we will replace the items at our shipping cost. Please send the returns in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice to The Store
Shortage or Damage Errors
Silvercity must be informed through email, fax of any item shipped in error, damaged or shortages within 7 days of merchandise recieved date. No claims will be accepted after 7 days of delivery date.
